Brazilian Pulp and Paper Industry

Brazilian Pulp and Paper Industry (BPPI) has been growing at a very fast pace since 1970. Brazil became in 2008, the 4th largest pulp producer in the world mainly due to Eucalyptus productivity and short fiber process. The green field mills implemented in Brazil raised the Brazilian rank in 2016 to the second pulp producer in the world, only behind the USA.
